Visit to Cygnus Observatory - George Washington School

About this event :

30+ school children form George Washington School (ages range: 6 – 7 year olds) teachers and some parents will be visiting Cygnus Observatory to view the night sky

This visit will include an astronomy related talk, possible demos and observing afterwards, if the weather is favorable for some observing.

Any help from our SAS members is very welcome, with or without telescopes.

So volunteers are welcome to come down with a scope.

If you’re up for it then try to get there for about at least 5:30pm and we book some clear sky.

They’re will be at WWT from 6:00pm to  7:30pm.

All help is welcomed from society members with or without scopes.

This could be a busy visit.

This is what we’re here for:-)
